Stream error during commercial break TVE

Started to see an issue last night where when the TVE stream goes to commercial break the timeline shows paused and the pointer is at the beginning of the stream. Fast-forwarding and hitting play does not recover the stream only exiting and restarting seems to. We've only seen this on FNC but it may just be that that's all we've watched so far.

This is happening running 2019.08.15.2304.

I sent a diag last night. Not sure if it will help or not. I didn’t notice it until about 40 minutes after it happened.

Sent another right as it happened at 7:20 this morning.

Not that I’ve noticed. Im watching Motortrend for the last hour or so with no issues.

Could you try recording a show on the channel with issues and seeing if it is able to record and if you're able to play it back properly?

Ok, I saw it happen again and was recording at the time. The recording played back just fine. The live stream though hung up as I’ve been seeing.

@eric , Not sure if this helps to narrow down the issue, but my wife and I were both watching FNC from different TVs today and they both paused at the same point in the stream. Also, I think I saw you or @tmm1 indicate that this is a client side issue, however, the problem only started a few days ago and I haven't (I only run prod clients) changed clients since the last update. I do though regularly update to the latest server beta almost daily.

I too have noticed this within the last couple of days. Same channel. I haven't tried other channels yet.

Please also try Channels DVR beta app (8.21.1742) from TestFlight and let us know if it makes any difference.

I've had FBN on for few hours and haven't seen the issue there. I'll give the beta a try also. Thanks!

I am also having this problem on fox news. During Commercial breaks.
