Stream format MPEG-TS tries to parse M3U

This even happens when trying to use HDHR url to Custom Channels

[ERR] Failed to parse m3u for test: malformed M3U provided
[ERR] Failed to parse m3u for test: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout or context cancellation while reading body)

Custom channels require an M3U. You can't just put an mpegts url in there directly. See the docs.

I think the wording Stream Format is wrong. It should be plural - Streams Format - to avoid confusion as the option refers not to the file itself but to its content.
