Stream info failure

Getting this error stream-info error when I try to use CBS through channels. Source is through Fubo Tv. Through Fubo app it works fine and through CBS app with Fubo sign-in it works fine. Any help would be appreciated!

I get same thing. My provider is Optimum / Altice. ABC and NBC work fine.

I am also having same issue with CBS. YTTV is provided fwiw.

Also getting this on CBS via Hulu

Also getting this for CBS on Mediacomm

With the release of Paramount+, ViacomCBS may have changed how their TVE authentication works, or even started limiting/discontinuing some existing arrangements with certain operators/providers.

For those of you having an issue.
Using a web browser (not an APP) can you authenticate and stream from https://www.cbs.com/live-tv/stream/tveverywhere/
If that works I would submit diagnostics from your Channels DVR Server when the issue happens.
If you can't stream from the CBS website, you need to let CBS know.

App and website both work. I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago but have heard nothing yet

This is fixed on the prerelease if you manually scan CBS again via the Rescan Channels menu.

Thank you sir, that worked

recan worked. thanks

It looks like this issue is back. I just noticed today that CBS wasn't listed. When I went to check it says "stream-info failure." I use HULU for my TVE. When I try and manually rescan, i get the same error. I just logged into the CBS site and was able to watch CBS.

That means CBS is not available in your area anymore. Try chrome incognito window and go to https://www.cbs.com/live-tv/stream/tveverywhere/

I am having similar issue. I reported in another thread. I don't mean to hijack your post. Following the steps you provided @tmm1 i can still sign in with my provider, allow location and accessed the live stream.

Looking at the logs I found this
2021/06/07 14:26:08.269458 [TVE] action=cbs_station err=json: cannot unmarshal string into Go struct field .stations of type int
2021/06/07 14:26:08.309346 [DVR] Fetching guide data for 109 stations in X-TVE @ 2021-06-07 2:00PM

You need to upgrade to prerelease first.

Ok, @tmm1 I upgraded to a pre-released version and that seem to have done the trick.

Verified stream works directly from CBS.com

I'm having a similar issue with version 2021.09.30.1551

Workaround:

I turned off Local Networks via TV Everywhere, waited a few minutes and turned the option back on and I could then tune CBS.
