I'm trying to open watch.spectrum.net directly but not having success. This url works in a browser: Spectrum TV. When I try this:

it fails with this in the log:
2025/11/18 10:39:11.151775 [ERR] Failed to start stream for ch9044: M3U: Get "spectrumtv://watch.spectrum.net/livetv?tmsid=64241": unsupported protocol scheme "spectrumtv"
Was spectrumtv support dropped, or is there another protocol?
Spectrum tv streams are encrypted. You would need to use something like ADB Tuner or Chrome Capture for Channels to get the channels in the application.]
This is from 2023 so it may be outdated, but hopefully it helps, as the url you are using looks incorrect for a streamlink:
I always used "https://" instead of "spectrumtv://" so give that a try. Otherwise the URL looks fine.

So, if MS Now drops the proprietory encryption then they will show up in the regular Spectrum lineup, yes? Otherwise, just keep using cc4c, which works well, btw.
