Streaming PBS Create

My wife loves to cook and we routinely record cooking programs on PBS's Create subchannel. Right now we use Spectrum streaming but Create is not on TVE, and I have to use an HDHomeRun Prime (with CableCard) to get Create. I'm concerned that if we ever need to leave Spectrum Cable Internet (like for better fiber offerings) there is no obvious way to access Create via any other streaming service. Are there any solutions out there?

I should mention that we do have OTA and a HDHomeRun Tuner, but the local PBS subchannel Create has always recorded poorly from that source, with frequent pixelation, even though the main channel is fine.

Hmm, just spitballing but are those cooking programs not available via any other channel or source? Are there any comparable cooking programs available via another TVE provider like Pluto, Stirr or SamsungTV+?

Looks like Create is available via YouTube. Not as convenient as auto-recording, but it is access, so the problem is workable after all.
