I want to see/adjust the rates used for streaming - I see the settings per client for Home/Internet/Cellular/Original. But I thought I'd seen where these rates are defined (numerically) somewhere in settings but after a few searches I can't find 'em. Could anyone offer a hint?

Settings > Client > Playback > Streaming Quality > Checkmark Home, Cellular, Internet & Original
Then it will add those as editable settings. Scroll down and you can edit.
