Stumped trying to add local content

I'm trying to add a few figure skating videos to my local library (so I can sell my figure-skating wife on Channels DVR by creating a virtual skating channel). No matter what I do, I can't get any outside content to show up in Channels DVR.

Attached is a screenshot of my Local Content settings and another one showing the path where they're stored in the macOS Finder. When I add something, or force a rescan, the log doesn't change. I checked DVR > Manage and there is nothing under Videos, and nothing to be matched.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious and will feel like an idiot, but I'm at a loss to figure it out. Thank you in advance for any help.

Local content settings

DVR > Manage

You have to add the Media/Videos folder under Local Content

Then it will import the Skating folder
