I am getting a lag when I change channels(AppleTV). The channels takes some time to load and then stutters for about 5 seconds before it fixes itself. I used the channels app before I purchased the DVR and it worked flawless no stutter and channels loaded instantly. Thanks for your help.
Having the DVR shouldn’t affect live TV channels. On your Apple TV, make sure that Tuner Sharing is off and you are logged out of the remote DVR. See if that helps.
Please go to the bottom of the Settings tab and click Submit Diagnostics

i just tried looking for the submit diagnostics and dont seem to have that button on the settings tab? i can cut and paste the log?
On the Settings tab of the Channels app on your Apple TV?
What version number is shown under the channels logo on that tab?

It appears you have changed your Home Streaming Quality setting in the app to 1080p for some reason. It should be set to Original.
