Whether I connect from one of my miboxes or from my hardwired Sony TV I get the same result in Channels.
When I first select an m3u stream it loads up, skips a bit and starts playing, after about 30 seconds the stream freezes and cuts out, screen goes black sometimes too.
If I then back out and go right back into the stream it loads and plays perfectly from that point on.
What address is the m3u pointing to? If you ping that address what are the results?
Under 10ms consistently.
Maybe it's the way it's setup, it's passing thru xteve first, so i'll eliminate that and see.
So I've been tinkering with m3u stuff and it's the player in the app for sure. To prove it I downloaded the tivimate app and used the m3u coming out of channels as the source and had almost no issues. When I switch back to channels, stuttering and choppy, cuts out completely sometimes or the entire mibox s crashes and reboots. Thoughts?
I get the freeze after the first 30 seconds or so too. Back out and start it again and it works fine.
