Subscription cancelled by mistake

I sent an email to your support address asking if I wanted to cancel my recently renewed annual sub could I get a partial refund.

The rep replied 10 minutes later that my sub has been cancelled. Now it's showing cancelled in the app. I emailed him to reinstate it but haven't received a response.

I want my subscription back and hope I don't lose all of my settings. What do I do?

Resubscribed and everything is back to normal. Even though it was cancelled by mistake I appreciate the fast response and service.
