I just noticed a subscription renewal payment on my credit card receipt (which is fine, and expected) - however, I never got an emailed receipt for it at the time.
Maybe I somehow just missed it, although I’ve been searching through my trash and spam folders looking for it, to no avail. I’m pretty sure it never came.
Please email a receipt each month for the payments…
