This is going to sound odd but hear me out. I’m a recent convert from Plex DVR/LiveTV and was blown away by the install and config of Channels DVR. I think having a simulator of your product on your web site would open some eyes. I just sat and reprioritized tuners for at least 15 minutes. And seeing how the EPG’s work with the tuners…the whole tuner section felt like I met -insert your favorite deity here-. Seeing stuff like the Advanced section of the Passes - WOW! There’s a lot of stuff in Channels DVR that folks are asking for in other DVR software.
And then add the fact that it’s recording all the stuff I throw into the schedule without constant babysitting and $8 a month seems very reasonable. I finally can retire my EyeTV!
Now if you only had a working Roku app…
