I'm setting my expectations pretty low and expecting problems logging in, staying logged in, stream interruptions, etc. Don't know if the Tubi account and content delivery infrastructure will be able to handle it.

Yeah, they mentioned Tubi on FS1 today that they are streaming the Superbowl
One thing I hate about watching sports Streaming VS OTA is the lag.
I will check out the stream on Tubi but i have Fubo and plan to keep it for now.
The sservice works great with channels and wouldn't want to take the rissk of having a bad experience.
Actually i've setup 2 or 3 alternatives for watching Super Bowl.

Stream disconnects and you hear your next door neighbor yelling "Touchdown!"
What are the odds that the Tubi stream will be DRM encumbered and only viewable from their website and apps.
Don't give them any ideas!! 
I'd not bother to record it unless you are a hardcore fan of one of the teams or you collect the commercials, but as far as I can tell all the commercials are available on you Tube shortly before the game or shortly afterwards. I think PlutoTV plays back old Super Bowls, I recorded the one in 1974 that I attended (Dolphins-Vikings). Got an end-zone seat day of the game, for face value $25. The NFL network (if you have it) will replay the game later.
We always have a party, I setup my OTA antenna and position for the station carrying the broadcast in case the cable company goes out.
If you want to prank your friends, find a radio broadcast of the game and listen with an earpiece, if you are watching over cable or streaming you can trash talk and appear to be clairvoyant with the the 2-4 second latency for cable/streaming compared to broadcast.
I doubt Tubi will be in 5.1 surround sound.
