Switch from surround to stereo?

CBS' ATSC 3.0 channel broadcasts some stuff (NFL games for example) that my HDMI audio extractor is incapable of down-mixing from 6 channel ac4 to stereo for my whole house audio.

My extractor doesn't have this issues with other ATSC 3.0 channels, just CBS. My player is Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 which has an option to output stereo and that works great. But it's like 20 clicks deep into the menu. Does Channels have an option to switch that channel to stereo that would be quicker to access with a remote control?

I'd think the option would be here, but it's not ->

Try Settings > Playback > Advanced > Surround Sound : Off

Thanks. Is there any way to "shortcut" that menu option so access to it can be done with just a couple quick clicks?
