Syncing up Recorded TV Shows when changing storage locations

Due to storage issues, I had to temporarily move my channels DVR storage location to a temporary drive. Before I did the move I did a database back up and then copied everything over, restarted the channel DVR server, and switched DVR location paths. I have moved everything back but I noticed that some newly recorded TV shows or not showing up under the recording menu.

Obviously I have done something incorrectly.
