I’m a noob with this. I manually installed the package using package manager. Services shows it’s running but when I pick on OPEN a blank browser page opens and does nothing. What is supposed to happen?
I also have the server running on a local PC just to get started. It seems to be working. However, my desire is to load the server on the NAS only and use it exclusively. It runs constantly.
What an I doing wrong?
Hmm, can you try a different browser? What’s the URL in the browser bar when the blank page loads. Are there any errors shown or is it literally just a white page?

Also, I subscribed to the DVR before I installed any apps on Fite TV or iphone. My understanding was all apps are free with the DVR subscription. channels DVR apps install for free but not the plain channels app. do I need them both or will the DVR app work just fine or what?
The “Channels DVR” app is available for free and has all the same features.

What version of IE and Windows?
win 7 and IE 11.
now when I try to open the package I am presented with the welcome page with a button to log in. click the button and i get “The redirect uri included is not valid.”
What is the URL in the browser when it shows the welcome page?
Connect to your NAS using it’s IP and it should work.
