Synology DS218+ - One Channel Has Slow Transcoding / Buffering?

Hi All,
Been using channels for a while, and recently moved my server to my Synology DS218+ NAS. It's all working good, but for some reason one channel seems to transcode slowly and ends up buffering repeatedly. It's a 720p 60 channel, so I don't think deinterlacing is an issue (and it's set to Hardware as well). When checking the activity section in server status, I can see that the transcode rate is about 55fps instead of 60fps like it was on my old server. 1080i stations seem ok. Is there somewhere I can check to see if the transcoder is simply being overloaded? Or any other suggestions appreciated.

Thanks!

Have you bumped up the ram to 6gbs?

The DVR web UI will show the transcoder speed while it's transcoding. Is it showing less than 1.0x speed?

Yes, it is showing ~0.9x:
"Transcoder Running at 9mbps: 1m18s @ 0.92x (54.68fps)"

Ram usage is 33% according to the Synology resource monitor. This is the only app running except for stock Synology programs.

Is it improved if you try any of the other deinterlacing options?

Linear seems about the same as hardware, blend was definitely worse (~0.81x). I'm surprised there was a difference given the source material is 720p.
