Tablet issue - Connection Lost

Greetings: lately when using Channels DVR on my tablet, I my channel is interrupted and I get this message: Connection Lost Streaming to the HDHomeRun failed. Press play to try again. read tcp 10.0.0.102:48938>10.0.0.45:8089: read: software caused connection abort ......
It only occurs on tablet (which I have used Channels on for over two years) and I have tried everything I know including a factory reset. Could anyone kindly point me in the right direction? Thank You,

Sounds like a wifi issue with the tablet

What kind of device / OS is it?

Asus Tablet Android

You can try changing Settings > Playback > Advanced > Tuner Sharing: ON

on the tablet?

Yes in the Channels app on the tablet

Settings > Playback > Streaming Quality > Original Delivery: Stream

sorry to bother... it seemed to had worked however, today the issue persists... I went back to make sure the two settings you advised were still in effect and it is... any other tips? I have used channels on the tablet for over 2 years with no issues and this only started very recently... if that helps?


see attached picture... on server I removed what I think could have been an older version of tablet and now it seems to be working fine ... so far.
