Tailscale - Can No Longer Connect To Channels

Here's the rundown:
NUC 8 Windows 11 Pro. Signed in to Tailscale & set to Automatic. Server has static IP. Port forwarding also set up.

The last few days I've not been able to connect to Channels via Tailscale on my Android phone. I've turned of & on Tailscale. Signed out & back in. Manually entered the IP Tailscale is listening on on my phone. Turned the app off & back on.

Ran the Troubleshooting and got back "Remote Access
Could not connect to 7f0f7d02edce.u.channelsdvr.net. Check if the port is mapped." The port is mapped. Has been for quite some time.

What troubleshooting steps am I missing here?

the one built into cdvr is old, most recommend installing tailscale natively on the server machine and turning the cdvr one off
