Wondering if anyone else using fios and tve have lost TBS and TNT?
Originally was getting an unauthorized... did a rescan of the individual channels did not work, so rescanned all channels...they are now gone from the source completely.
cant' view it on tbs website either.. not authorized. I understand this is not a channels issue, just wondering if anyone knows if verizon dropped them?
Same here. TBS and TNT are both listed as notAuthorized. Logged in at TBS website using Fios account and got the Unauthorized message - contact your provider for support. Also, Longhorn, SNY and Regional NBCSN channels (Washington and Boston) are now listed as notAuthorizedLocation. Been working fine for months.
Thanks for the confirmation. I really really really don't want to call Verizon. I seem to get the clueless ones... last time i called and mentioned tv everywhere, they had no idea what i was talking about and kept point me to the android app.

Sounds like either they broke something inadvertently, or the turner TVE contract with Verizon has expired.
Well 2 of us having an issue, not sure if anyone else does, but you might want to call them.. they are telling me everything is fine... I had the tech login to the tbs website... totally convinced that it wouldn't work for her.... it did... or so she said.

Now I just lost NBCSN - playmaker error: INVALID_RESOURCE_ID
So after a very long time on the phone, I was disconnected.....no one ever called me back....ugh, I give up....will have to go without them...
I just rescanned again. Both TBS and TNT are now working.
