Tennis Channel added to Xfinity TVE - not working in Channels

Yesterday Xfinity finally added access to Tennis Channel through TVE, apps, etc. I can also log in to https://tennischannel.com/watchnow in Chrome with my Xfinity credentials (no 2FA) and watch the live feed, but in Channels, going to TVE source and forcing a rescan of Tennis Channel still gives me a "Login not supported" message. Any help?
