Terramaster nas hardware encoding

Hello -

I am trying to get it so that my terramaster two-bay 423 NAS, which is running channels via the container, can switch from software to hardware encoding. I was it to work more efficiently, however; I cannot figure out how to do this. My terramaster is running TOS 5.1
