The connection to channels dvr server had a problem press play to try again (Not subscribed) error?

I'm getting this error for a channel that I for sure have.
I can watch it on TV through the Verizon set-top box but not through the DVR server.
What givers?

Try going to sources on your Channels DVR server and rescanning channels by using the related "Manage" button.
