"The connection to the tuner was lost. Press play to try again." after ~60/61 minutes

Hi everyone! I've been having an issue with streaming a custom IPTV channel where I get "The connection to the tuner was lost. Press play to try again." after ~60/61 minutes or so. I don't see anything meaningful in the logs - is there something I can do to see if it's my server/connection or an IPTV service issue? Happens on Apple TV on ethernet and wireless and an iPad on wireless. I submitted diagnostics from both Apple TV and iPad after receiving the message.

This means your IPTV provider is disconnecting you
