The CW (OTA via HDHomerun) No Longer Showing In Guide

Noticed yesterday that my local (outdoor antenna OTA via HDHR) CW channel is no longer in my guide. The channel (42.3) is favorited in HDHomerun, Channels Sources, and shows in my custom Channels Collection. Steps I've taken:

  1. Performed a HDHR channel scan. It's there.
  2. Updated Channels (pre release)
  3. Reloaded Channels lineup
  4. Restarted my NUC8i5BEHS (Windows 11 Pro)

Not sure if this is a Channels, HDHR, or an antenna related issue but I'm fresh out of troubleshooting steps ideas. Am I missing anything?

Try Delete and Recreate Database in Settings, Live Tv & DVR, Guide Data, Maintenance
