More than likely it’s because Chrome is the front end for Channels DVR to connect to TVE. Their servers see the connections come in as Chrome user agents. I doubt they can tell the difference in the logs. Makes it harder to legally prove that Channels is doing anything “wrong”. That and the DVR video is stored locally and not in the cloud.
