This means your router is not setup correctly for port forwarding to your DVR PC. You can use portchecker.co to verify 8089 is setup correctly.
Or maybe you’re using a VPN?
i was but i turned off now and disabled and re-enabled the remote setting. im all good. my bad. thnks. so i cant use vpn?
