Time in Upper Right Corner of Guide Off an Hour

The time in the upper right corner of the Channel guide is off by an hour following todays Daylight Savings change. The times across the top of the grid is also off an hour, but the programming currently playing, appears to be right.

I live in the greater Phoenix area, are in 'Mountain Standard Time', and we don't change our clocks when the rest of the country does. The 'Timezone' settings in the Channels DVR Server settings is set to 'MST'. I checked the time on my QNAP NAS is correct.

How do I get the correct time to display in the upper right corner of the Channels guide and along the timeline of the guide?

That time is provided by your device, not Channels. You need to change the time in your device settings.

You may also want to quit and relaunch the Channels app.

Shouldn't your TZ be set to Arizona? Gotta be something in the OS

Curious. Does the time come from the server or the streaming device?

Thanks, it was the Fire TV 4K stick. I had it set to MST (Phoenix) prior to the time change, but I guess Amazon and the FIre TV OS doesn't properly maintain the 'Time Zone' setting because it changed it to Mountain Daylight Time.

I'm surprised they don't get their time settings from the home network.

There’s often a separate Arizona time for you fine folks who don’t go nuts and change your clocks twice a year.

But here's where it get super fun... not ALL of Arizona follows the same rules! Navajo Nation in the northeast corner of the State does follows DST... except for the Hopi Reservation that is in the middle (surrounded on all sides by) Navajo Nation, that does not.
