I was wondering if you could implement an option to turn off the time line display when a bad OTA signal causes breakup of the picture/sound? I can't understand why Channels needs to display the time line under these circumstances. I personally find it somewhat annoying but I guess some may like it. Maybe a way to toggle it off/on? To please everyone.

As mentioned in the other thread, the timeline shows during buffering events. This is to provide feedback when loading a stream.
When your signal degrades, the video player is actively in a buffering state. There’s nothing for the video player to know why, or that it’s specifically signal issues.
There’s no plans to change this behavior.
