I don’t even know how to explain this, but this is what I am seeing. Using OTA, not tuner sharing. Start the same channel on HDHomerun app on iPad and on channels app on ATV at the exact same time. Both are in perfect sync, but after less than a minute the show on the channels app is ahead by a little. After a few minutes the channels app is way ahead by seconds. Neither source sounds or looks sped up or slowed down. Yet they are playing in different time planes. Channels app is also the only place I see the pauses in OTA feeds like it’s running out of buffer memory and has to catch up. HDHomerun app never pauses.
