Timestamp format not UNIX Epoch

What is the timestamp format for the value, "UpdatedAt:" from the API call, http://servername:8089/dvr/files/ ?

It doesn't appear to be a UNIX Epoch time.

It seems to be milliseconds, not seconds, since epoch.

Looks like it might be centiseconds (1/100ths of a second).
