Tips on ripping DVDs for Channels Local Content

I have a bunch of older DVDs - mostly kids animated stuff that is pre-BluRay. I'm planning on ripping these for use as Local Content on Channels DVR

I'm using Handbrake for ripping - most of these DVDs show 'Source' of 720x480 and 30 FPS. Currently experimenting with the Handbrake 'Presets'. TBH the source video on the DVDs is SD and has less quality than what I am able to record via Channels DVR. I'm gonna give it a shot anyhow since these rips won't have any commercials.

Any tips on which presets to use for Channels DVR Local Content are greatly appreciated

MAKEMKV no transcoding original quality.
