Is there a setting to fix the ATSC 3 stream issues with the Tivo Stream? I see brief freezes and flashes. At times the video will become choppy. Thanks All

Have you tried changing the decoder to hardware in the settings of the TiVo?

Yes, both hardware and software.

Does it work ok in the official HDHR app?

Is your HDHR firmware up to date?

Yes Works fine on HDHR app on same TiVo.

Still having issues. HDHR is perfect with ATSC 3 on same box as Channels. Sent log while problem was occuring. Also seeing same issue with recorded content.

Any update on ATSC 3.0 flashing issue with TiVo Stream 4K? All ATSC 1.0 stations and TVE are perfect.
