I suddenly can't logon to the old Turner Broadcasting channels, except TBS still works. I am always watching TCM (Turner Classic Movies) and recording old movies. Now I am cut off... any news on what's happened to them?

My provider is YouTubeTV. I tried upgrading to the new beta release, rescanned all the channels multiple times, turned off TV Everywhere and restarted it, but nothing corrected the problem. I had it set to record the FIBA Women’s basketball at 5am this morning on TNT and it failed when it tried to connect.
What version is your Channels DVR Server running?

I am running the newest version I downloaded this morning, 2026.09.04.0021. I know how to set up YouTubeTV, I've been running it on my system for over 3 years now. Everything had been working perfectly for a very long time, except the stations that have slowly dropped supporting TVEverywhere. Which is what I feared that the Turner channels might have done... I used to get well over 100 channels into my system from YouTubeTV, but now it down to just 81 channels. I only good news was several months ago I suddenly started getting the CSPAN channels. If everyone else is still getting the Turner channels then I have a problem I need to figure out. All I know is that it was working a couple days ago and now its not!

First step is see if you can login and watch via their website. If you can, that eliminates a problem with your account and/or the validation process between the Triple Ts and YTTV.
It could be they've changed something in the authentication with their website and the Devs haven't come across it yet since these channels get reauthenticated every few weeks/month if I recall correctly.
I tried logging on to TruTV, which covers all their related stations, but it didn’t help. Still wouldn’t logon.
I lost several channels and a rescan just shows "Cable provider authentication failed". I had to open a webpage to TNT, log into it using my YouTube TV account and start playing a show. Then a new scan of that channel allowed it to log in and Channels plays back TNT again. Had to do the same thing for TBN separately. Tru and TCM have the same errors on scan, but I couldn't find a webpage to log into for Tru. And I didn't try TCM. I gave up because I don't really watch either channel anyhow.
I'm not sure why Channels has a problem with logging in.
Thanks to everyone... I got them working again, but it didn't go smoothly. I first logged in at TruTV and nothing happened, so I gave up for a while. Then I tried the link you sent and that got me on the right track. I already do the same for my local Fox affiliate to keep them working in the system.
