Channels has always displayed my "Favorites" collection in the top shelf on both of my Apple TVs. However, for the past few days the Top Shelf has been empty. I'm trying to figure out what has changed. I've tried restarting the ATV, but no change. The Quick Guide works as expected while watching a channel.
What are the settings and configurations that could impact whether Top Shelf is populated or not?
