Transcode - Invalid data found when processing input

I'm getting this error when trying remote playback, the server is on a Mac Mini M4

Transcoder settings are Hardware and Deinterlacer as Hardware.

Any ideas?

Is this a recording or an import? Do any recordings work?

Recordings play but can be jumpy, checking the logs those are the errors that are shown.
