Using the client app, if I just want to keep the last 3-4 episodes of a show, but remove all previous ones recorded, what's the quickest way to do it? Deleting manually takes awhile. Is the web admin page the way? Just trying to figure it out... does "Trash All Items" supercede "Keep Forever?"
The way I do it is goto the web admin page that shows all videos for the content you are trying to delete. The click the Select All checkbox so all videos are selected. Then deselect the most recent videos you want to keep. Then under the Actions pulldown, select Move to Trash.
Web admin is def the best way to manage many things like this. Just use the batch functions.
Keep Forever is an auto pruning setting and does not keep it from being deleted manually.
