Trash is stuck

I moved my home to a new location. My setup was off-line for several days. I didn't have time to bring up all network services but got basic networking up and running.

I have many virtual channels that are located on a NAS. I was not able to get the NAS up and running immediately but I did power up and started using my channels dvr servers.

At some point channels deleted my virtual channels content because the NAS was not available.

On one server with ~400 shows/movies setup as virtual channels I clicked "restore" from the trash on each one to get them back in the library and the virtual channels worked again.

One the second server, there are many more shows setup as virtual channels. However, when I go to the Trash, the browser hangs and I get the Chrome "wait" message, but no matter what I do, the entire page locks up. The trash spinner stops and none of the other menu options in the web ui are accessible. Channels DVR is still up and running but the browser locks up.

If I close the browser and return to the web UI, all is good until I select Trash. The logs look normal is there no indication that anything went wrong.

Suggestions? I can live with loosing the trash, but I can't get past the trash at this point.

Using v. 2021.07.27.0105

Update: Did a full reboot of the channels dvr server and now the trash items show up. All 1000+ of them. Is there an easy way to restore all of them without clicking 1000+ times? Or, I'm I better off emptying the trash and starting over?

Huh. Can you find this in the logs?

I can add an API tomorrow to restore the entire trash. You can extend the trash auto delete setting for now.

I extended the auto delete -- I didn't think of that. I look forward to the API!

Thanks!

With v2021.07.27.1848 you can do curl -XPUT http://x:8089/dvr/trash/restore

Please also submit diagnostics so we can check how all your recordings ended up in the trash.

Trash was restored (~30 seconds).
