IF I have a show that was Interrupted and I delete it and it remains in the trashcan for several days .... will the Show re-record even while in the trash can ?
We had high winds and power hits here in the North West.

I'm 99.999% sure it will as it's removed from the recording history when it's deleted.
You can view the guide and locate a future airing and see if it thinks it's been recorded.
That's assuming your pass is set to re-record deleted. If you just enabled that on your pass after deleting the recording it wont work.
That brings up the question. What happens if you delete the recording, it stays in your trash, the episode gets recorded again and then you restore the recording from your trash?
That may be a way to record the same episode twice.
Since shows I like will not resume until 2021 ... I am in the Process of recording all episodes of series that I like. I tried getting them using Playon but some had CC some didn't ... audio sucked.
Just tried a test and it will not re-record if the deleted recording is still in the trash.
So I was 99.999% wrong.
Oh Crap time to empty my Trash Bin so I hope they add a zero day option. Never was a fan of the Trash Can.
Tried again and even paused and resumed the test pass I created.
As long as the recording is in the trash it won't rerecord.
Looking at the next showing in the guide shows it as recorded.
Once the trash is emptied, it still wont rerecord until you pause/resume the pass (or maybe wait for guide update next day)
I also vote for immediate deletion/disabling the trash secret superadmin option.
I always end up emptying the trash after I delete a recording.
Now that we can reimport shows and movies I rather use the windows trash can or my NAS trash can.
