Troubleshooting Corrupted Packets/Streams/Recordings

I've recently run into a problem where OTA streams/recordings from my HDHomeRun are rife with corruption. The DVR logs have numerous examples of the errors listed below. Using the Show Stats feature on the Apple TV client, I can see that the signal strength is above 90% but so is the neterr% stat. The only recent change that I can think of was a firmware upgrade that I ran on the HDHomeRun.

While likely irrelevant, none of the corruption appears when viewing the same channels and/or content via the HDHomeRun native app.

Of note, this issue does not happen with content from my YouTube TV source. Also, this behavior seems to occur across multiple endpoints including the aforementioned Apple TV and via the Web Client, both via Wired and Wireless connections.

What is the SNR line in the log from the recording?

neterr means there is packet loss between the HDHR and dvr. Are they wired to the same physical switch?

Negative. There are several switches between the HDHR, the Synology NAS (Channels DVR host), and my client devices.

That said, I’ve narrowed down the errors to a specific group of switches within my network. Looks like something is very unhappy between the HDHR and the rest of the wired network.
