Is this true?
Would love to see it, but @tmm1 has said it is not in the plans. That doesn't mean he didn't change his mind or possibly someone else is working on it. I was actually going to look into it once I got some time because I don't think it would be that hard, but I know nothing about kubernetes going in.
Yeah I remember seeing that post. I was hoping that only meant that it wasn't time for them to work on it as it wasn't close to being released. It sure sounds like most folks would like to switch over from core to scales once it is released and stable. I built myself a test machine today just to play around with it. While I was messing around with adding the truecharts catalog, that is how I ran across the request. Or at least I think that is what the website represents. I am not sure if that is someone wishing and hoping they would add it or if that was an official request to have it added from Channels.
Truenas Scale now has an official release date of 2/22/22! Hopefully something will come of this in the near future.
