Trying to re-login to Spectrum, getting "encountered exception 'Uncaught' (5:5)"

I recently upgraded my channel package from spectrum. The channel refresh wasn't showing new channels so I was going to try and delete the source and re-add it. Now I'm getting an error after entering my credentials,

Rebooted the Mac running the DVR program, checked for updates, still getting the same issue.

Please email us the messages from the Log tab starting at when you tried to reauth.

It sounds like you have some sort of proxy installed on the machine.

You shouls also update to the latest Channels DVR pre-release version by holding down or SHIFT clicking the Check For Update button you see in the upper left of your image.

I'm getting this with FIOS as well. It's been a while since this thread saw any action -- is there a fix for it?

Nevermind. Found the issue was that I HAVE FIOS and tried TVE from a DIFFERENT FIOS account.

All that info here for all interested:
