Hey guys, sorry if this has been answered already but I couldn’t seem to find a topic on it already started. I updated my WD PR2100 to the new OS5 this weekend. After i get to the welcome screen I clicked on the restore wizard. I was able to map to my DB and I can see the backups in the folder but when I click OPEN I only get the spinning indicator. It never return any of the store options from the folder for me to select and restore. My recordings are on an external USB drive. Any ideas on why it’s not working.
This can happen if there's too many backups. Try making an Old folder and move everything except the latest backup there
That’s probably it because there are quite a few of them in there. I’ll try that and report back. As always, thanks for the quick response!
