Submitted logs on dropped frames on ATSC 3 output of TiVo Stream. Signal is perfect and looks great on HDHR app on TiVo 4K. Going to add external memory as a test but don’t think it is a factor.

Check video decoder under advanced playback settings
Sent diag info under video driver for both software and hardware. See continuous dropped frames on both. Software is terrible. Hardware has some occasional flashes and the dropped frames. Audio seems to stay in sync. Don't see any issue on Ipad. So it is definitely a video driver or memory issue with TiVo 4K. Will add memory today in my Sandbox. ATSC 1.0 is very stable.
Just installed 32Gb drives and moved Channels to new drives. Memory works great but did not fix the ATSC 3.0 drop frames issue. It did give me more ability to pause a show than I know what to do with.
So, problem remains open.
While I don’t have any atsc3 tuners - I get the same flashes on my stream4k playing hevc encoded content imported into my library when watching through channels app. Have never been able to fix it. Wonder if since atsc3 uses hevc if it’s at all related.
Please submit diagnostics from the app after playing the channel.
Also if you can make a 60s recording and send it to us that would be helpful.
