TugoTV in Channels?

Nice, EPG would be icing in the cake.

For the mainstream networks (ESPN, Fox, ect.) you should be able to map guide data to the channels manually on CDVR webUI. You may have to do trial and error to make sure you have the correct guide data.

When using TUGO VLC bridge.

Is this still using TVE-protocol?

Does this get the stations that other TVE does not work with.

Is TugoTV legit/legal in USA. Or is it more like IPTV? Or somewhere in-between?

$30/mo. If the VLC-Bridge is reliable. Thats a philo-killer right there.

Thanks, working through it, so many options for each channel. It's quite time consuming.

No, it seems like VLC-bridge is pulling streams directly from the TugoTV site. There is no TVE.

I saw a lot of discussion about this in another thread, it seems like something in-between. It is a legitimate company but I'm speculating that the agreements they have to distribute these streams are on legally dubious grounds, similar to the ill-fated HDHomeRun live streaming service from a few years ago. They certainly aren't as big as YouTube TV, Fubo TV, etc. and I expect their tech probably isn't very good either.

Set up the docker and enjoy.
I canceled YTTV and replaced it with a solution with the stations I needed to fill my line-up.
I get ESPN, ESPN2, MLB Network, and FS1 and FS2.
Network stuff is fine because there isn't much about local tv anymore so

Agreed, that is confusing!

Screenshot of all channels in TugoTV app. *not in cdvr, i havent setup the docker yet.

I would suggest getting started with the docker and map the channels you need.
I have a channel collection called Tugo TV and any channel I have mapped with channels is in the section.
Great service.

With the TugoTV docker it seems to work fine, thanks @miibeez however I have not been able to get epg guide data.

The channels have to be mapped.
EPG isn't enabled on the docker.

Between Philo, Tugo TV and FRIENDLY TV, I pull it all through channels and you have a great lineup.

Is there an easy way to post here a solid CDVR channel map for most of the key TugoTV channel feeds from anyone that has sorted it all out?

I'm not currently using it, but did scrape a list of channels from their website
It's 4 posts above yours
