Hi all. I recently purchased a wd my cloud home, 4 TB model. Only thing on it is channels, latest pre- release from 7/21. I am away from home on wifi with good signal strength and recording 1 show. I'm trying to watch another and keep getting a Tuner Not Available message, using latest release of channels on iOS, 4.0. Any possible causes?

I'll post here. I started at 23:56 as I have my recording padded for 3 min and copied for 3 mins into as it seems the same error is happening over and over.
