Hello, with Channels DVR I don’t have any warning that my tuner isn’t available on the ATV app! My hdhomerun was on but flashing red which after I power cycled was back to normal. But I had no clue that it wasn’t working. I checked the Channels app and all my episodes looked like they were ready to record but of course they didn’t. I don’t watch live tv much so that would have tipped me off but otherwise I had to check the web ui to realize the tuner was at fault for missing recordings. Could you add some kind of error message to the Channels DVR guide if the tuner isn’t working. I have no idea how mine stopped working but I missed a ton of episodes before I figured it out! Thanks!
