When I am away from home, I am able to view all channels except one. When I select this channel it shows “Tuner Not Available”. When I am on my local network, it works perfect. I am also able to test this while at home by disconnecting from my local network. What is causing this issue?
Most likely sounds like a timeout.
Perhaps if you provided additional details, such as which client devices this happens with, what your network setup is like, which type of source this occurs with, etc.
Without details, everything is a guess.
