Tuner priority affecting channels visible in Guide

I've got a Connect and a Prime. If I make the Prime have first priority, many of the local channels on the Connect don't show up in the guide. This happens in aTV, iOS, and Safari). If I switch the priority to Connect first, then I get all my local channels in the guide. I've checked to make sure they are not hidden in any of the tuner lists. Am I doing something wrong? Channels 4.1 - 20.1 are missing.

Channels available on both cable and OTA are automatically combined into one entry. The channel number and logo shown is from the HDHR with the highest priority.

So if you try to watch NBC and your first HDHR is busy, it will automatically use the other one even if the channel number is different on the second tuner.

Hmm…I guess I didn’t catch that since Fox local channel still shows up in both cases. I prefer the quality of the local Networks over Comcast, however I get poor reception on ABC OTA, so I tend to keep the Prime as first priority, and just set the OTA channel when possible in series recordings. Any downside to showing them all in both cases rather than hiding the duplicates?

You could set the CONNECT as higher priority, but hide the ABC channel which has poor reception.
