Tuner Unreachable for Xfinity TVE ESPN/TNT/TBS/AMC/FX

This is a new one for me. Total novice here.

Have Apple TV w/HDHR and Synology 220+ with Xfinity TVE.

Local OTAs are all working. Pluto is working. Very very few TVE channels such as Food Network are working. It seems like 10% of the channels will actually load up. The guide shows everything.

All Xfinity channels are working on the Xfinity Stream app.

Have rebooted the NAS, Apple TV, and opened up the Channels app on Synology. Rescanned channels and all of the channels I'm not able to watch have a checkmark like they're working.

What is the specific error when this happens? What does the log show when you attempt to tune one of those channels and you receive the error?

It just said Tuner Unreachable when I tried to get to the channel.

I think I just solved the problem. I upgraded to the pre-release version and then it gave a different message that said something about the password failing at Xfinity. They were forcing me to change the password to my account and trying to turn on 2 step authentication. I reset the password and turned off 2 step and it seems to be working. Odd that some channels were working, but not all. Seems to be working now.

Working channels probably still had a valid authentication cookie, while failing channels probably needed re-authentication.

When troubleshooting any TVE issues, ensuring you are on the latest pre-release of the server is always the first step.
